Pagamento antecipado

The booking is paid in full up front, cleaning fee included. The brackets above therefore apply to everything you paid: cancelling 30 days or more in advance, you get the full amount back.

Saída antecipada

If you decide to leave the property before the end of the booked period, unused nights are not refunded — except where the early departure results from a problem with the property or a failure on our part.

If for reasons beyond our control the booked property becomes unavailable, you choose: a similar property at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything you paid.

Desistiu em até 7 dias?

A booking made online or via WhatsApp may be withdrawn within 7 calendar days of confirmation, with a full refund — this is the right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. After that period, or once the stay has begun, the brackets above apply.

Serviços de terceiros

Internet and TV depend on the provider's network. We contact support and follow it through to resolution; if the outage is prolonged and impairs use of the property, we assess appropriate compensation with you.

Regras da casa e do condomínio

Breaching the rules of the unit or the building may lead to early termination of the rental. Nights already used are not refunded; the remaining ones are, less any proven damages and fines imposed by the building, which we will evidence to you.

Como solicitar

By WhatsApp, with the property name and your booking dates. Sales hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and Sundays 9am to noon. Guests already staying have support 24 hours a day, every day.

Pix, transferência bancária, dinheiro e cartões de crédito. O pagamento é feito diretamente à MAREVI, sem intermediários.
